APJ’s Operational Response to Covid-19 – Updated Tuesday 27th July, 2021. 

As previously reported, APJ has a designated Covid-19 team, where our Directors and Departmental Managers from across the firm meet regularly, monitoring information from the authorities alongside the most recent government guidance in respect of the Covid-19 Pandemic. This enables us to ensure that we have sufficient strategies in place to continue providing clients with support during the progression of their cases.

During the Pandemic APJ have remained fully operational and engaged with our clients, maintaining our ability to provide a high quality of service. We have proved that our employees are able to effectively and successfully work from home, following on from the latest government announcement we will continue with our adapted operational strategies to allow colleagues to work from home for the majority of the working week.

The offices are now open to visitors but on a strict appointment only basis to keep face-to-face contact to a minimum. Lateral Flow tests and masks are available to all to minimise risk.

Deadlines and Court Dates:

We are continuing to support our clients as effectively as always. We shall continue to work to identify any upcoming deadlines, including court dates, which may be affected. Any variations to court dates and directions will be communicated directly to our clients.
